Our work includes analyzing mechanical forklift circulation paths, mapping structural storage zoning, and auditing inventory retrieval workflows. The specific deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes are defined in each individual engagement agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your facility operations, including floor plans, equipment specifications, inventory data, and staffing schedules. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines. You are responsible for ensuring site access for our consultants during scheduled visits.
Our recommendations are based on the data available at the time of analysis. Vollekindt does not guarantee specific performance improvements or financial outcomes. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or operational disruptions that occur during the implementation of suggested changes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific consulting engagement.
All reports, diagrams, analysis frameworks, and methodologies we deliver remain the intellectual property of Vollekindt unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use these materials internally for your facility operations but may not redistribute them commercially without prior consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive the end of any engagement.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
